The multidisciplinary visual artist duo Antonio José Guzmán and Iva Jankovic have been participating in an ongoing collaboration for more than a decade. Intricately weaving together various mediums such as indigo textiles, installations, soundscapes and performances.

From their Atelier GF Workstation in Amsterdam to their continual creation of textiles at the workshop of indigo blockprint master Sufiyan Khatri in Gujarat, India, the artists delve into patterns and their interconnection with decoloniality.

Their collective works serve as a deep exploration of the complex interaction of colonialism and migration within our contemporary global landscape. Orbital Mechanics will be presented at the 60th Venice Biennale as part of the captivating ongoing Electronic Dub Station series.

All works with the additional support of Mondriaan Fund; Ammodo; The Daphne Oram Trust; The Daphne Oram Collection, Special Collections & Archives, Goldsmiths, University of London.
